“Globalization in the production of sanitaryware: production costs, current trends, future predictions” to be given by Andy Skillen - Publishing Director of “Asian Ceramics” magazine - the audience will be attracted by an account given by Greg Nichols, “Strategic Product Supply Manager” at Caroma Industries, Australia. The title of his speech is “Pressure Casting and Robotic Handling - Technological: Elegance or a Sustainability Necessity” to underline, above all, the synergy which has been created between the new high-pressure casting technology and installation of machines for robotized handling.
Following the next presentation which focuses on the interesting investment opportunities currently on offer in South America - given by José Mario Gutierrez Pe a, Managing Director of Sanitarios Lamosa, Mexico - attention will turn to the technology itself with a speech by Nicholas Booth, President of Betta Sanitaryware, the internationally renowned South African company and long-standing customer of the Sacmi Group.
